If you are intent on doing the right thing, there's a sure-fire way to enure you are not tempted, that is, to put your phone in the boot.

I routinely do this.

Sadly, too many people think they have it, that bad things happen to others, and that they can do two things simultaneously.

They can't.

The bad thing, as you rightly point out, is the bad thing could be someone who crashes into me because he is texting, or looking for a song, for heaven's sake.

It's sickening to be honest.
