I don't know when I have been so moved and angered by a story. I was raised Catholic and it took me most of my young adult life to work out things that had troubled me for years.

Once I was able to piece things together, I was able to throw off the shackles, and they WERE shackles.

Here in Australia, during the trial of (archbishop) Pell, it was hard not to be angered by what had been going on, and to listen to the stories of the brave men whose lives had been torn apart.

Money poured n from everywhere for Pell, who is today, a free man, back in the Vatican doing whatever you do there.
