I broke my wrist some years ago, and so started typing with my left hand. I got a frozen right shoulder. It was HUGELY painful, so every morning, when walking, I'd start physio exercises I found online. By the time i had finished my walk, I could lift my arm at right angles to me body.

But the next day I started from square one. After about two weeks it was gone, but I learned a huge lesson. Don't sit in one position, and get up at least every half hour and do the stretches.
