I believe we neglect our bodies for the most part, sitting too long, maybe not doing enough exercise, until we get those twinges.
Moreover we are more inclined to pay through the nose for paramedical help. That can go on for years.
But in my experience, moving a lot, and stretching just as much, and eliminating heavy carbs, is the key to eliminating pain.
