I am too. Like i said, many just don't know what to do, so are afraid to offer help.

I saw a woman struggling with her onboard luggage, recently.

I offered to help, but was told by a staff member that I wasn't allowed to in case I got hurt.

As soon as she was gone I asked if she'd like me to take her luggage and of course she did.

I also whispered to her to ask for a wheelchair for when she landed, which she did.

I also helped her again with her luggage. She insisted she give me a little ornament bicycle that I didn't want to take, but it was clear I would offend her, so now it sits on me desk, a lovely member of her and of the fact that we will all need help one day.
