I am just amazed, no shocked, that anyone would even think to usurp the role of a professionally-trained guide dog, Patricia. What in heaven's name is in their head?

In my experience guide dogs stand out for their discipline and trustworthiness. Why on earth would any person think to compromise that?

I can offer no solution, but there must be one.
