I agree with limits Susie. Here in Australia it's easy. Most programs are not worth watching.

Just yesterday on ABC, Gina Davis was being interviewed and i the corner was the tracking of the Trump plane. How utterly rude! Besides anyone who watches ABC (like BBC) would not be at all interested in Trump's displays of pomp and ceremony.

As for digital books, children and reading...I ave huge concerns.
