I agree with all you have said, Leonard, but I have also seen bullying by a teacher. It was relentless.

In the same instance, the principal was a bully, bullying because he knew and yet he didn't do anything about it. His was the coward's way out.

To do nothing when you have the power to turn things around is an even worse form of bullying.
