I actually sort of agree, Annie, but Ned's treatment of Ailsa had gone on for a year, and despite counselling attempts, teacher intervention, and talks with parents, nothing had changed.
Getting to the bottom of his behaviour was no mean feat.
Nobody in the class had any idea that Ailsa would behave so, and neither did her parents.
I am very protective of DS children. They often suffer at the hands of bullies.
