I actually did the RE course.. Before I even sold a house, I quit, sickened beyond measure at what I saw.

I remember going to an auction where there was only one bidder. Clearly he didn't bid enough, and I watched in horror as the agent, privately, pushed him higher and higher, till he was payng another 20 per cent more. I was sickened.

I never went back.
