How teaching has changed in recent times, especially for teachers in America. Parents drop their children off (with heavy hearts)and not the joy that they should be feeling.

But that apart, the whole system needs revamping. So much time is given over to standardized testing, enough to make the strongest of teachers, weep.

I loved my job. I wouldn't do it these days.
