How can anyone not like cauliflower or broccoli? I eat mountains of both.

A couple of days ago I made a quiche. I wanted a crust, so I mixed three different cheeses and baked them as a base, just enough for them to come together to hold the egg mixture. So I had Italian parmesan, (not to e confused with the awful supermarket stuff here) cheddar and mozzerella. It was really good. I also have sone a few with bacon as the crust.
