…ect - a new client. I said it was too much, and I couldn't do it. She looked me in the eye and said "Jan, you have never let me down. I know you can do it." It wasn't putting me under pressure. It was the belief she had in me that made me do it. I couldn't let her down because she truly believed in me. Though it seems like a lot of pressure, it was one of the best experiences I had, and I learned valuable lessons which I used later in my life, also lessons about myself.
