Hoping this is the place for medical advice!!!! Have you read The Magnesium Miracle? It was life-changing for me. Not sure about other magnesium products around, but Dr Carolyn Dean's is terrific. Daily magnesium work wonders...doesn't it Scot???? Or do you still get those cramps??
