Hi Timothy, forgive me if I seem a little vague, but I have tried all day to find answers to two questions.

The first is, if I have an article published on Medium, can I then publish on Illumination?

The second is,for fiction writers, obviously one can't publish a whole book, so is it chapter, by chapter, or just an introductory one?
