Hi Susan I never had nuns as teachers but I worked with some. Do you remember the sone The Vatican Rag? The firts two verses are:

First you get down on your knees

Fiddle with your rosaries

Doin' the Vatican Rag.

We performed our version of this when a nun colleague was retiring. We dressed up as nuns, sang, did a dance routine, and got a huge encore. I must see if I can bring it to mind.
