I'm just about to publish a post on chemical additives in food, inspired by my daughter's reactions when she was little.

Like you I prefer to eat local produce and cook at home. It's not always easy, but it is always chemical-free at my end at least.

As for your living on an island in Greece, I am consumed with jealousy. :)
