Hi Sally, one thing we can be sure of is you have an unmatched inner strength.

At your age, starting out, I was very much a child, overly-protected, and I doubt I would have survived your storms.

With age we gather strength of course, mostly because we must, because life doesn't easily compensate for things we have been through.

In our personal reflections we can be in awe of ourselves for what we have become, for the mountains we have climbed, and the wisdom and strength we have accrued.

So much you have to offer, and I am guessing your children are lucky to have a mother like you.
