Hi Russell, Covid surely did change everything. It stopped me coloring my hair for one thing, saving a fortune, and I will NEVER color again!

we have only just stopped wearing masks. We follow a keto diet too, for the most part, and stand apart from everyone we know in that we have avoided Covid.

We have never had a flu vaccination. When I was teaching we were offered free vaccinations,which everyone availed themselves of, and I'd say at least 20% of of them got sick within days. I like to think that we are protected because we eat well.

Now about your children in middle school I can tell you that if my daughter had been given a budget for lunch, she would have pocketed the dollar and sneaked some food!
