Hi Rob, we mostly follow keto, but I can't say it is cheap. I try to buy quality meat, which does bump up the price a little. Here in Australia, everything has risen in price, including meat and vegetables. This is attributed to the floods in recent times, but it's also attributable to because they can!! I don't buy anything canned, so that bumps up the price too.
