Hi Rob I already do the cook once eat at least twice, but I still spend too much. Everything here in Australia is suddenly so expensive.

As I said, I won't buy things in cans because I have serious suspicions about the food industry, so that's out.

Also I make keto rolls and bread. They're not cheap.

That's something I won't cut out because it's become something of a comfort food.

Having said this, about cost, I talked to a woman in the supermarket yesterday who told me that for three people, herself and two kids, she spends $300 per week.

Passed a butcher's yesterday. He was displaying Wagu beef for $96kg. Who can afford that? Not even organic.
