Hi Patrick I have often pondered all of this, but I wouldn't even dare try to mathematically come up with a solution. I'm married to a mathematician! I know my limitations!

But it's good to be open and to question, in fairness to all who beaver away in the hopes of the possibly-attainable cup of coffee, in my case, with cream, and at a temperature that would make the average Italian cringe.
