Hi Patricia - this indeed is a wonderful story. I think I have spent most of my life complaining about some part of my anatomy. Truth be told, my body has served me well over the years .

When I donate blood I am always asked if there's any change to me medication, almost as if, as we age, medicine is a rite of passage. I'm trying NOT to be reliant on the pharmaceutical industry, but it has come at a cost. I rarely eat processed food, certainly not highly-processed, and cut out sugar. It's a long story, so I won't bore you, but there was a time when I thought I'd need knee replacements (was a serious distance runner), I totally changed my diet, and within weeks I suddenly realized I had no knee pain.

Perhaps I was just lucky, but I do wonder....
