Hi Mawde - some years ago I read The Magnesium Miracle by Dr Carolyn Dean.
Like you I was beginning to have a dance with bone density.
Dr. Dean is a GP as well as an alternative practitioner.
I liked what she had to say about bone density, so since reading her I have been taking REMAG, an all-natural supplement.
In the last few years I have done some dumb things that should have seen me break bones and i didn't.
But the other day I was travelling back from Adelaide and the bus stopped off at this dreadful place (filthy toilets and pathways that needed mending) and I went flying on this strip that dipped down!
I broke nothing and can say I easily got up, dusted myself off, and once I'd found my dignity, I was off at the races.

To add to this I walk every day, usually five to seven kilometres, I stretch (have bands) and lift weights where possible.
