Hi Kevin - with respect, this is my opinion and from experience, that is, that the ketogenic diet is the way forward for diabetics and for other diseases I may add. It is much higher in fat, all good fats, and includes low-fruits and vegetables. Incredible wellness springs for those who follow it. www.dietdoctor.com.
