Hi Jane - Martha was pretty brave to have uncovered herself for photo shots, but I had a different take on it.

I live in Australia where our marginalised indigenous people wear shapes that their forebears would never have recognised. Their diets are carb-laden, processed foods (all they can afford) many of them suffering all the diseases that are a result of lifestyle, cancers, diabetes,for example.

They age so quickly.

Sometimes in my mind, I think they are Martha's age, only to find they are in their sixties sometimes younger.

Having said that, you look absolutely smashing, and you're doing it, smashing it at 74. Whatever you're doing, whatever your secret, can I order it for myself???
