Hi James - I agree with you on the tenets of the paleo diet, and you're right when you say that people are more paleoish, rather than strictly disciplned.
What people are more interested in these days, is clean eating, which is rather difficult to do in practice.
We try to eat organic food, for obvious reasons, but it's not always easy to find the variety of food that we'd prefer. No matter, were you to come to my home I doubt that you'd notice any difference in the food you regularly eat.
I think that's where people come unstuck. They know they would feel better, possibly cure a serious illness, but they're not prepared to do the hard yards in experimentation.
But whether you follow paleo, or keto, or just avoid crappy processed foods, the benefits are huge.
I have a story about a family who all suffered so much sickness. The mother asked me for some advice on eating. She was a little desperate at the time. All five of them became well again. It was inspirational...from a cocktail of medications to none, and to wellness.
