Hi James, as someone who mainly eats keto (occasionally breaking out when I want a really gorgeous artisan roll, not from the supermarket), I agree with the greens. Trouble is, where we live we can only buy baby spinach organic).

We eat lots of nuts and berries. I also make bread and rolls from nut flours.

I buy bags of avocados weekly.

We also eat dark chocolate occasionally.

I was a serious runner for many years and had to cut out high carbs because of the inflammation I was having...you know the runners' knees that people undergo surgery for?

My problem was fixed after ruling out anything processed, and abstaining from grains.

We have cream in our organic coffee, consume lots of organic coconut cream, butter, and GOOD olive oil, because we need fats for brain health.
