Hi Elaine, thank you for taking time to comment. I can truly say that I will never conduct another. I'd rather stand in the street and donate to people who need it.

One thing I didn't mention was the boxes of expensive books we had, intending to give to a charity. One man gave my overwhelmed husband $15 and walked off. Needless to say he came back to get the other boxes. Needless to say I didn't give him any. I hate to think how much money he made on the resale, because that's exactly what he was doing. I

never really think about it now, but I do think about the lovely family and wonder how they are doing, especially the son. He'd have graduated by now.
