Hi Elaine... this took me back to my working days where we had, let's call them 'groups' in our staffroom.

I did wonder where they came from, because this was not always so,, and then I realised that the two newest staff members were the forces behind the groups.

If you happened on the groups, maybe because there were no other seats left, you felt a little like a leper.

I made a point of not going to the staffroom, as did others. Still we could have responded better, when i think about it.
