It takes a little while to get into it, but of you persevere you will be astounded. I found it when my husband was sick. It’s been the best. He wasn’t fat, but he did need to change his diet. It works and you feel terrific.

If you were to come and eat with me, you’d have no idea tat we are essentially keto. Our food looks like ordinary food. BUT, I never buy processed food (well, some foods are processed a little, like almond flour), but never any factory food.

We do start the day with fasting, mostly because neither of us feels inclined to eat, so we have coffee with cream.

Then we have brunch around 11AM.
