Hi David, I think there are far more stringent rules regarding the manufacturing of food in France. Also, they know all about good fats. Yes, they love pastries, but they are small and delicate, and I doubt many of them would be seen to eat margarine!

Last time we were in America, my husband and I shared a meal. You wouldn't find me sharing much en France!
