Hi Carol - I am also coming up for one year on Medium. Today I searched for the very first article which I published with little confidence, to be honest. It's an environmental one, and it gave me an idea of perhaps comparing the responses of articles in similar genres. Of course, having a following surely helps, as does having some readers who take pity on you and give 50 claps, as I did for you (not because I was taking pity!).
