Hi Anastasia, I have written about Forest Schools. Here in Australia they are growing in popularity, but that they had their infancy in such a cold climate, and parents were bursting their boilers to send their children to them, says everything.

What I really love about them is the level or risk-taking. Sure they're supervised, but not obviously, and so the students become so much more resilient.
