Hi Anastasia 0 thanks so much for sharing this. Aren't you, yourself, Danish, or is Frugaard your husband's name? I couldn't help comparing lunch in Denmark to lunch, for teachers here in Australia. Teachers are always on duty, so to get 30 minutes is luxury, and we won't talk about wet weather duties that totally contravenes fairness and equity.
