Heidi that's really lovely, and very serendipitous. Also it will make lovely story here, or you may write it as a proper short story and post in Illumination...or wherever.

I have so many serendipitous stories. But I really think we all do. It's just that they're not always front and centre of our brains.

Whenever you think of one, write it down. You may choose not to write about it, but it may turn out to be one that keeps on giving...like the one I wrote about friends inviting us to a BBQ for a couple of teachers who just arrived in Adelaide. Turns out Geraldine went to university with me.

They went back to live in Scotland. She got a job at the same school as my cousin. My cousin asked if she had met me (in a place the size of Adelaide) and she said she had. Moreover she came to my wedding.

I have so many of these...the universe is guiding...
