Haven't heard of D2D. I used KDP but that was Alistair's side of things. despite all we spent we weren't all that successful commercially.

My issues right now are to do with email address (sounds easy - huh) and my email protection. It's cost money and I got nothing for it.

I've stuffed so many things trying to correct things. I'm so exhausted. Jut want to throw my laptop from a great height.
