Harry you nailed it. Behind the wilful child, the inattentive, the clown, is often the child whose needs are not being met. And that is a teacher's job.

I don't think there's one teacher who can look back and say they did a brilliant job, but all teachers can reflect, they can come together and ask how they can make things better for some students.
