Gulp, Susan. I read this and wondered about people's sanity.

In parts of western Sydney, the developers have built on flood plains, huge expensive houses, that in time, not so much time, will be under water. Why the hell do councils allow this?

Up in the northern rivers this year, again and again, and again, the people there have been flooded out. Sadly they are not wealthy people. They are now homeless.
