Great reflection, Ralph.

I have had a lot to do with universities over the years, including teaching at one for a short time. Truth is I have learned more from the school of hard knocks.

I was also very fortunate to work with an amazing lady. Her modus operandi was the empowerment of her staff, and to that end, she changed many of us as teachers. I will always be grateful for that.

Life, with all its ups and downs, is our greatest teacher I believe.
