Great article Harry. I don;t even know what to say, because right now I wish I'd held onto my magic wand.

The stuffed up America you see, is evident in Australia, and the UK. And yet, I truly believe that most go around blinkered and uncaring. As long as it doesn't affect me, is the attitude.

The indigenous people here are not treated as second-class citizens. The poorest of them live in the left of the left-hand margin, totally overlooked.

In the lead up to the election the present government is throwing bucket loads of money ito initiatives that will have the unsuspecting vote for them, and yet, the poorest sector of society is overlooked.

That's not how things once were. And how they once were is back to a time when people backed each other and things quietly thrived.
