Good advice, David.
I feel stretching is one of the most important health exercise one can do. It's amazing how old war wounds that we have put down to ageing, simply disappear with stretching.
And walking, in the fresh air, powering up as fitness increases. That's vital.
Moving and ensuring one's gait is correct, is one way to stall the 'inevitables' of aging.
