Fran I remember the bushfires here in Canberra a number of years ago.

They were terrifying, and all we could do was wait for instructions as to what to do next.

A few days later as I travelled from the north of Canberra to the south I was momentarily confused by the absence of the pine forest. For a moment I assumed I had taken a wrong turning.

The pine forest have now rejuvenated and the scars of fire almost hidden.

Same in the south coast of NSW. Only a few months after horrible fires, so many trees are recovering, and seeds are sprouting. Nature is formidable in its ability to show us who's boss.

Still we cannot be complacent. We know better how to turn much of this around.

Thanks for sharing. 💜
