First of all, warmest congratulations to all of you. You deserved to win. Sometimes all the powers that be want, is for you to lose confidence, end of story.

That you won against an academic institution is amazingly wonderful.

It takes amazing courage to keep going.

It causes sleepless nights.

And a loss of confidence.

But it's in our darkest hours that we must remind ourselves that this fight is not for one person. It's to ensure it never happens again, whatever that takes.
