First of all James, sorry! I totally misconstrued your comment (maybe misconskrewed!!).

Secondly, am I even worthy of this indepth response? Probably not, but t least there's a GREAT article, almost written! Go for it.

'Here's the problem; you and I both know that it is possible to grow as a result of adversity and pain. I think that's a good way to live; it matches my philosophy well because I think that it's the only shot we have at redemption; shit's going to happen and you can either let it pile up around your grave or you can use it as fertilizer and try to grow a plant or three before you go. Your call.'

This paragraph means a lot to me. Growing a plant or three while you are still alive, still eating, still have shelter, and safety (and lord knows, we need bucket loads of that right now) is exactly what I am trying to do right now.

Being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes at 30, is pretty shitty. I feel for you because even if you get it in check, it's still there, hovering like an uninvited guest, scaring the living daylghts out of you.

Thanks for this excellent reply, James. We're on the same page I think! Take care. I'm now your number one fan!
