To be honest you still look terrific. I know that doesn't help how YOU feel, but I'm saying it anyway.

Also, and forgive this, I know you don't want advice, which is just as well, as I have none to offer, but I'm sending you a private thing to read.

And before I go, just let me say I hate when doctors tell you you can live without a certain part of your body, to which I want to say: Well show me first and then I'll be certain.
