Duncan, thank you for taking time to make such a thoughtful response. I watched them on the news this morning, the Taliban intimating that they want to work with the rest of the world, and that women will be given rights. That would be rights within sharia law.

As you intimate, this would seem to be a return to middle ages. It's truly frightening.

Finding balance in leadership when there is no female representation, is not possible.

I agree with you re Jacinda. She stands head and shoulders above most leaders.
