What can I say? I read your words after I'd spent a few hours in the garden doing some heavy lifting.

I have to say you brought many tears to my eyes. You know how it is. We all think we are once again in charge, and then someone like you writes so beautifully and eloquently and the tears flow again.

I had a long shower, something I never do, and had a good cry, then slept for two hours. I NEVER do that, but I now feel so much better.
