First is they fill you up.
Second is they make you skinny. That's right. Who would believe it, fats making you not fat! We've always been told otherwise, but that was a big fat lie.
So get stuck into the butter and (but check it out thoroughly) top-quality olive oil. Don't fall for those once-pure olive oils that have been topped up with industrials...sadly it happens.
