My fun fact: Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of penicillin in 1928, lived two villages from me in Scotland, (another time, and era, of course).

Fleming was experimenting with the influenza virus in the Laboratory of the Inoculation Department at St. Mary’s Hospital in London.
